摘　　要：教师教学质量评价是高等教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分,对提升高校教育教学水平和人才培养质量具有重要意义。但当前部分高校在开展教师教学质量评价工作时存在理念导向偏差、工作流程不畅、结果应用单一等现实问题和困境,掣肘了质量评价工作效能的发挥。因此,应以先进评价理念为指导,推动评教工作进行结构性变革;以教育数字化转型为支撑,对评价全流程进行优化升级;以评价结果全方位应用为导向,切实发挥质量评价指挥棒作用。Teachers’teaching quality evaluation is an important part of the quality assurance system of the higher education,and it is of great significance for improving the level of education and teaching in universities and the quality of talent cultivation.However,when some colleges and universities conduct the teachers’teaching quality evaluation,there are problems and dilemmas such as conceptual deviations,inefficient workflows,and limited application of the results,constraining the efficiency of quality evaluation work.Therefore,it should be guided by the advanced evaluation concept to promote structural changes in teaching evaluation work;we should take the digital transformation of education as a support to optimize and upgrade the entire process of evaluation. Guided by the all-round applicationof evaluation results, we should effectively give play to the guiding role of the quality evaluation system.
