基于OBE理念的电气自动化专业课程教学模式创新

摘  要:OBE是以成果为导向的基于学习产出的新型教育理念,也是当前国际公认的工程教育模式。针对现阶段电气自动化专业课程教学普遍面临的目标定位模糊、知识内容零散、理实衔接性差、评价导向性弱等问题,OBE理念提供了有针对性的解决思路。为此,教师要积极运用OBE理念,以成果导向精准定位目标、以毕业要求反向构建课程、以多元平台深化理实一体化、以过程性评价激励持续提升教学质量,以此促进电气自动化专业课程教学模式的创新。OBE is a new educational concept based on learning outcomes and is currently internationally recognized as an engineering education model.The OBE concept provides targeted solutions to the current problems faced by the teaching of electrical automation courses,such as vague target positioning,scattered knowledge content,poor connection between theory and practice,and weak evaluation orientation.To this end,teachers should actively apply the OBE concept,accurately position goals based on results,reverse construct courses based on graduation requirements,deepen the integration of theory and practice through multiple platforms,and continuously improve quality through process evaluation,in order to promote continuous innovation in the teaching mode of electrical automation courses.
