摘　　要：随着大数据、人工智能等新兴技术的快速发展,企业对财务会计人才的要求愈加多样化、专业化,“岗课赛证”融合教育模式正是针对这一问题提出的创新思路,能够将岗位实践、课程教学、技能竞赛和职业认证四大内容紧密结合,提升学生的综合素质及实践能力。本研究通过分析当前教学现状和企业需求,提出财务会计实务课程的改革路径,以期为培养适应现代企业需求的高素质会计人才提供理论支持和实践指导。With the big data,the rapid development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,enterprise demand for financial accounting talents increasingly diversification,specialization,"post class card"fusion education model is innovative ideas for this problem,can post practice,course teaching,skills competition and professional certification four content closely combined,improve the students'comprehensive quality and practical ability.By analyzing the current teaching situation and the needs of enterprises,this study puts forward the reform path of financial accounting practice course,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality accounting talents to meet the needs of modern enterprises.
