摘 要:文章侧重研究工作价值观对老年人再就业行为的影响及调节作用。鉴于我国老龄化进程中老年人力资源开发的重要性,研究基于马斯洛需求—动机理论,将老年人工作价值观分为内在价值、外在价值和社会价值三个维度,并对应不同层次的需求。研究针对50至69岁老年群体展开问卷调查,运用卡方检验、Mann-Whitney U检验和分层回归分析等方法进行数据处理与分析。研究结果显示,年龄、受教育程度、退休前职业与老年人再就业行为显著相关,且工作价值观在其中起重要调节作用。内在价值激发老年人再就业的内在驱动力,外在价值促使其追求社会认可,社会价值体现社会责任意识。研究还提出了包括个体价值重塑、用人单位人力资源管理体系优化、政府观念引导和市场环境建设等建议,多角度为老年人力资源开发提供理论与实践参考。The level and effectiveness of quality management in open education are of utmost significance in relation to the construction of a quality assurance system and the elevation of educational quality.Concerning the problems of insufficient closed-loop management within routine management activities such as teaching inspections,teaching supervision via listening and evaluation,online teaching supervision,satisfaction surveys,and annual quality reports,the concept of closed-loop control and the PDCA cycle theory are incorporated into open education quality management to formulate corresponding closed-loop management workflows.Through optimizing quality standards,fortifying the construction of the quality management team,enhancing the closed-loop management work mechanism,and constructing a quality monitoring platform,a quality closed-loop management system that functions cyclically in accordance with planning,implementation,inspection,feedback,and improvement is ultimately established,thereby realizing the objective of a spiral ascent in the quality of the educational system.
