农村地区英语教师培训意愿的影响因素研究

摘  要:以湖南省长株潭三市146名农村地区小学英语教师的问卷调研数据为支撑,通过有序多分类Logistic回归模型对农村地区小学英语教师培训意愿的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,个体变量中的年龄、教龄、月收入与培训需求意愿存在负相关关系,学历、职称与培训需求意愿存在正相关关系,没有编制的教师存在更高的培训需求意愿;培训认知变量中的培训次数与培训需求意愿存在负相关关系,培训层级、培训效果等与培训需求意愿存在正相关关系;培训满意度变量与培训需求意愿存在正相关关系;区域变量显著影响培训需求意愿。为了激发农村地区小学英语教师的培训意愿,应当进一步完善培训管理机制、优化培训形式与效果、强化培训全过程服务保障、促进教育资源协同共享,从而推动农村地区小学英语师资发展。Based on survey data from 146 rural primary school English teachers in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region of Hunan province,an ordered multiclassification Logistic regression model is used to empirically analyze the factors influencing their willingness to participate in training.The results indicate that among individual factors,age,teaching experience,and monthly income are negatively correlated with training demand willingness,while education level,professional title,and not having a permanent position are positively correlated with it.Among training cognition factors,the number of training sessions is negatively correlated with training demand willingness,while training level and training effectiveness are positively correlated.Training satisfaction is also positively correlated with training demand,and regional factors significantly influence training demand willingness.To stimulate the training willingness of rural primary school English teachers,it is necessary to further improve the training management mechanism,optimize training formats and effectiveness,strengthen service support throughout the training process,and promote the collaborative sharing of educational resources,thereby fostering the development of English teachers in rural primary schools.
