摘 要:在数字中国建设背景下,加强对企业员工数字素养与技能的培训已成为国家的重要战略。通过调研分析企业员工参与相关数字技能培训的现状和需求导向,针对企业员工数字技能培训需要进一步强化基本数字素养、提升岗位数字能力、加强数字组织能力等问题,设计“五阶递进”培训模式,促进企业员工数字技能螺旋上升;建设“九要素”立体培训资源,有效聚焦岗位数字技能要点,开展精准培训学习;构建“多元化三结合”培训师资,有效保障培训实施;搭建可量化指标体系的测评框架,为培养数字技能提供具有操作性的指导范式和技能品质评价。In the context of digital China construction,strengthening the training of employees'digital literacy and skills has become an important national strategy.By conducting a survey and analysis of the current situation and demand orientation of employees participating in relevant digital skills training,this paper identifies the problems of further strengthening basic digital literacy,enhancing job-related digital capabilities,and improving digital organizational capabilities in employee digital skills training,and designs a"five-stage progressive"training model to promote employees'digital skills to spiral upward.It constructs a"nine-element"three-dimensional training resource to effectively focus on key points of job-related digital skills and conduct targeted training and learning.It builds a"diversified three-way combination"training faculty in order to effectively guarantee the implementation of training.It establishes a quantifiable evaluation framework with indicators to provide operational guidance and skill quality evaluation for the cultivation of digital skills.
