摘  要:“个人理财”是金融服务与管理专业的岗位核心课程,具有较强的抽象性、综合性和实践性。为解决传统教学中课程内容与职业岗位要求关联度低、学生个性化学习需求难以满足、思政育人效果不佳等痛点问题,结合对课堂革命关键要素的理解,课程凸显以学生为中心的主体地位,构建了“三四四”新教学模式:岗位融通、赛事融通和证书融通重构教学内容,实践新知预练、情景演练、仿真训练、实战实练教学流程,思政贯通、校企贯通、理实贯通、虚实贯通协同育人。进一步探索多元多维增值评价体系。实践表明,课程技能目标有效达成,学生考证竞赛成果显著,值得借鉴与推广。ness,comprehensiveness and practicality.In order to address the pain points of low relevance between traditional teaching content and professional job requirements,difficulty in meeting students'personalized learning needs,and ineffective ideological and political education,we have combined our understanding of key elements of classroom revolution.The course highlights the student-centered position and has constructed a new teaching model called the"3-4-4"model.Position accommodation,competition accommodation and certificate accommodation restructure the teaching content,practice the teaching process of new knowledge pre training,scenario drilling,simulation training and actual combat practice,and carry out collaborative education through ideological and political connection,school and enterprise connection,theory and practice connection,and virtual and actual connection.Further explore the multi-dimensional value-added evaluation system.Practice shows that the objectives of course skills are effectively achieved,and the results of the student certification competition are remarkable,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
