摘 要:激励机制是人力资源管理中的重要方式,可以有效激发员工的工作积极性,提升员工的业务能力,树立员工的正确工作理念,打造更加优质的人才队伍。当前,我国企业普遍建立了激励机制,但是激励的方式方法相对单一、合理性较低,甚至缺乏公平性,没能发挥增强整体竞争力的作用。通过从激励机制的理论内涵出发,探索当前激励机制存在的主要问题,总结使用激励机制应当遵循的原则,从而为人力资源管理中的激励机制创新提供有益的帮助。Incentive mechanisms are a crucial tool in human resource management,effectively stimulating employee motivation,enhancing their professional capabilities,fostering a positive work ethic,and building a high-quality talent pool.While most Chinese enterprises have established incentive mechanisms,the methods employed are often limited in variety,lack rationality,and some even fail to ensure fairness,ultimately hindering their effectiveness in boosting overall competitiveness.This paper delves into the theoretical underpinnings of incentive mechanisms,explores the prevalent issues within current systems,and summarizes the principles that should guide their implementation.By doing so,it aims to provide valuable insights for innovating incentive mechanisms within human resource management.
