摘  要:经济社会的高质量发展要求高职院校培养具有创新思维和创业素质的综合型专门人才。当下高职院校在开展创业教育过程中存在着教育理念偏离、课程设置单一、师资力量薄弱、校企合作不足、评价体系不完善等诸多问题。针对存在问题提出优化创业课程体系、打造创业实践生态、构建创业师资队伍、营造创业教育环境、制定创业评价标准等五个方面的基本策略,以此促进高职院校创业教育的高质量发展,从而培养出更多的创新创业高素质人才。The high-quality development of the economy and society requires vocational colleges to cultivate comprehensive specialized talents with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial qualities.There are many problems in the process of entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges,such as deviation from educational concepts,single curriculum design,weak teaching staff,insufficient school enterprise cooperation,and imperfect evaluation system.This article proposes five basic strategies to address the existing problems:integrating innovation and entrepreneurship,optimizing the entrepreneurship curriculum system and practical education,creating an entrepreneurial practice ecology,incentivizing cultivation,building an entrepreneurial teaching staff team and internal and external cooperation,creating an entrepreneurial education environment,and scientifically evaluating and formulating entrepreneurial evaluation standards.These strategies will promote the high-quality development of entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges and cultivate more high-quality talents in innovation and entrepreneurship.
