自我关怀对留守经历大学生社会适应的影响——感恩和领悟社会支持的链式中介作用

摘  要:采用自我关怀量表、感恩问卷、领悟社会支持量表、中国大学生适应量表,以1343名大学生为被试,考察自我关怀对大学生社会适应的作用以及感恩、领悟社会支持的链式中介作用。结果发现:有留守经历大学生与无留守经历大学生在自我关怀、感恩、领悟社会支持、社会适应各变量上的得分差异显著,自我关怀、感恩、领悟社会支持与留守经历大学生社会适应两两之间呈显著正相关。中介模型检验表明,领悟社会支持在自我关怀和大学生社会适应之间起中介作用,感恩和领悟社会支持的链式中介作用显著。多群组分析显示,两个群体的模型在系数上不存在显著的差异。自我关怀能够正向预测感恩、领悟社会支持及社会适应,感恩和领悟社会支持在有留守经历大学生自我关怀和社会适应之间存在显著的链式中介作用。可以通过提升有留守经历大学生的自我关怀、感恩、社会支持等途径,进而提升其社会适应能力。With 1343 college students as the subject,this article uses self-compassion scale,gratitude questionaire,perceptive social support scale and adaptation scale of college students to explore the impact of self-compassion on the social adjustment of left-behind experience college students and the mediating role of gratitude and perceptive social support.The result indicated that differences in scores on self-compassion,gratitude,perceptive social support,and social adjustment were significant between left-behind experience college students and non-left-behind experience college students.Self-compassion could positively predict gratitude,perceptive social support and social adaptation.Gratitude and perceptive social support play a chain mediating role in the influence of self-compassion on social adjustment of left-behind experience college students;there is no significant difference in the coefficients of the models for the two groups.This study can provide theoretical reference for improving the social adaptability of college students,and can enhance the social adaptability of college students by improving their self-compassion,gratitude and social support.
