摘  要:为践行“弘扬中华优秀传统文化”的国家战略思想,同时将课堂理论知识与实践相结合从而增强学生的就业竞争力,文章以四川省酒店制服设计需求为背景,针对原考核方式的优缺点,提出了“四维一体”新考核方式,即教师、服装生产企业、酒店行业和学生共同参与评价过程。通过增加理论测试、学生互评、酒店评价和行业评价等多元评价方式,使考核更加全面、客观,调动学生的主观能动性、提高作业质量。实践成果表明,学生的设计能力和综合素质显著提升,部分优秀课程成果在实际酒店制服设计中得到应用,实现了产教结合和成果转化。In order to implement the national strategic ideology of"carrying forward China's excellent traditional culture"and combine the theoretical knowledge in the classroom with practice to enhance students'employment competitiveness,this study takes the design requirements of hotel uniforms in Sichuan Province as the background.In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the original assessment method,a new"four-in-one"assessment method is proposed,that is,teachers,garment production enterprises,the hotel industry,and students all participate in the evaluation process.By diversified evaluation methods,including theoretical tests,peer evaluations among students,hotel evaluations,and industry evaluations,the assessment becomes more comprehensive and objective,mobilizes students'subjective initiative,and improves the quality of their assignments.The practical achievements show that students'design abilities and comprehensive qualities have been significantly improved.Some excellent course achievements have been applied in the actual design of hotel uniforms,achieving the integration of production and education and the transformation of achievements.
