摘　　要：市域产教联合体建设是推动职业教育深化产教融合,提高人才培养质量,提升区域经济发展支撑度和贡献度的一项重大举措,对于产教融合、人才培养、创新创业有着重要作用。针对当前市域产教联合体运行中存在的主体作用不充分、产教协同不密切、运行管理不完善等问题,应健全组织机构,创新运行机制,推进资源共建共享,实现市域产教联合体高效运行。The construction of a municipal industry-education alliance is a major measure to promote the development of vocational education by deepening the industry-education integration,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and better serving regional economic development.At present,there are many problems in the operation of the municipal industry-education alliance,such as insufficient role of the main body,insufficient collaboration between industry and education,and imperfect operation and management.To address these issues,vocational colleges should improve their organizational structure,innovate their operational mechanisms,and promote the cooperative construction and sharing of resources.
