摘  要:“双师型”教师是高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分,为打造技能型人才培养的前沿阵地,高职院校亟须对“双师型”教师绩效考核评价进行改革,适应高职教育高质量发展新阶段。“双师型”教师应以专业能力和业绩贡献为导向,实现绩效评价主体多元化,评价指标多维化,评价方式多样化。通过汇聚行、企、校、师多方合力,不断强化高水平双师队伍建设,有效提升教师技术水平、实践能力和双师素质,健全完善高职院校“双师型”教师绩效评价机制。The“double-qualified”teacher is a crucial component of the faculty in vocational colleges.To establish itself as a leading force in skill-oriented education,vocational colleges urgently need to reform the performance assessment and evaluation of the“double-qualified”teachers to adapt to the new stage of high-quality development in vocational education.The performance evaluation of“double-qualified”teachers should be guided by professional abilities and performance contributions,with diversified evaluation subjects,multidimensional evaluation indicators,and diverse evaluation methods.By integrating the collaborative efforts of industry,enterprises,institutions,and educators,higher vocational colleges can strengthen the construction of a high-level team of“double-qualified”teachers with improved techniques,practical capabilities,and double-qualifications,so as to contributes to the establishment and improvement of a comprehensive performance evaluation system for the“double-qualified”teachers educators in vocational colleges.
