高校资产使用效能提升影响因素及策略探析

摘　　要：随着科技、经济的不断发展,高等教育领域改革的不断深化,对高校资产管理的要求也越来越高。有效的资产使用控制管理和效能提升能够确保高校资产得到合理配置,能够保证高校教学和科研等工作的正常开展。文章从提升高校资产使用效能的重要意义出发,分析了影响高校资产使用效能的主要因素,提出了高校资产使用效能提升的策略,进而为高校资产管理提质增效提供有益启示。With the continuous development of science and technology and economy,and the deepening of the reform of the field of higher education,the requirements for the asset management of colleges and universities are getting higher and higher.Effective asset use control management and efficiency improvement can ensure the reasonable allocation of university assets and the normal development of university teaching and scientific research.Based on the importance of improving the efficiency of university asset use,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the efficiency of university asset use,and puts forward the strategy of improving the efficiency of university asset use,so as to provide a useful enlightenment for improving the quality and efficiency of university asset management.
