摘 要:互联网时代的到来为人力资源管理带来了新的机遇与挑战。基于互联网时代背景下人力资源管理的新思维,文章从数据化与人本化并重、价值共创与无边界管理、即时反馈与全面认可激励三个方面入手,深入剖析了人力资源管理的新特点和新趋势。在此基础上,文章提出了一系列对策建议,这些建议立足于互联网时代的新形势,综合运用先进的管理理念和信息技术手段,力求为企业人力资源管理的创新发展提供切实可行的思路和启示。The advent of the Internet era has brought new opportunities and challenges to human resource management.Based on the new thinking of human resource management in the context of the Internet era,this paper analyzes the new characteristics and trends of human resource management from three aspects:equal emphasis on data and humanism,value co creation and borderless management,immediate feedback and comprehensive recognition incentive.On this basis,the article puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.These suggestions are based on the new situation of the Internet era,and comprehensively use advanced management concepts and information technology means to strive to provide practical ideas and enlightenment for the innovative development of enterprise human resource management.
