三全育人视域下高职院校来华留学生趋同管理路径

摘　　要：近年来,随着来华留学生人数逐渐攀升,留学生教育逐渐从规模扩大转向提质增效。目前,高职院校来华留学生的管理存在校内外协同有待提升、教师教学能力有待提高、课程设置有待优化等问题。高职院校应实现道德、技能、语言、文化四育并举,学校、社会、家庭、个人四方联动,专业教师、辅导员、工程师、大师四师合力,打造来华留学生全方位育人共同体,形成来华留学生全员育人聚能环。As the number of international students studying in China gradually increases,the education for international students is shifting from expanding in scale to improving quality and efficiency.At present,there are problems in the management of international students studying in China in vocational colleges,such as the need to improve internal and external collaboration,the need to enhance teachers'teaching abilities,and the need to optimize curriculum design.Vocational colleges should achieve a comprehensive education of morality,skills,language,and culture,with the linkage of schools,society,families,and individuals.Professional teachers,counselors,engineers,and masters should work together to create a community of all-round education for international students in China,and form a gathering ring for all international students in China.
