摘　　要：湖南制造业的迅速发展离不开高校的制造人才培养支持。文章结合市场需求和“湖南2025智造”的实施情况,分析湖南省地方高校物联网专业“三重一高”人才培养方向和目标。制定了基础模块、能力模块、技术模块以及素质模块为核心的课程体系,探讨了课程设置、教师队伍建设、实践能力培养、教学方法改革和教材建设等问题。The rapid development of Hunan's manufacturing industry cannot be separated from the support of universities in cultivating manufacturing talents.The article combines market demand and the implementation of“Hunan 2025 Intelligent Manufacturing”to analyze the direction and goals of talent cultivation for IoT majors in local universities in Hunan Province,focusing on the“three fold and one high”approach.We have developed a curriculum system with basic modules,ability modules,technical modules,and quality modules as the core,and explored issues such as curriculum design,teacher team building,practical ability cultivation,teaching method reform,and textbook construction.
