重庆某三甲医院护理实习生急救护理能力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 调查护理实习生急救护理能力现状,分析其影响因素。方法 2023年6-12月采用一般情况调查表、护生临床急救能力调查表、护理学生自我导向学习能力量表对重庆某三甲医院护理实习生进行调查。发放问卷184份,回收有效问卷169份,有效回收率为91.85%。结果 169名护理实习生平均临床急救能力调查表总分(174.15±23.60)分,知识储备(6.95±1.10)分,应急处置能力(7.15±1.04)分,沟通协调能力(7.37±1.08)分,急救管理能力(7.41±1.08)分,个人素质(7.50±1.08)分;平均自我导向学习能力量表总分(81.57±11.16)分,处于中等水平。护理实习生自我导向学习能力与急救护理能力呈明显正相关(r=0.461,P<0.01)。急危重症科室实习科室数量、实习时间,以及是否配合过抢救、配合抢救次数、学习能力对护理实习生急救护理能力部分维度及总体维度具有明显影响。结论 护理实习生急救护理能力总体一般。为促进护生急危重症护理能力培养,需在实习期适当增加急危重症科室实习时间,加强其抢救相关内容培训,培养其自我导向学习能力,以提升其急救护理能力。Objective To investigate the current status of emergency nursing ability among nursing interns and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From June to December 2023,a survey was conducted among nursing interns at a tertiary hospital in Chongqing using a general information questionnaire,the Clinical Emergency Competence Scale for Nursing Students,and the Self-Directed Learning Ability Scale for Nursing Students.A total of 184 questionnaires were distributed,with 169 valid responses collected,resulting in an effective response rate of 91.85%.Results The average total score of the Clinical Emergency Competence Scale for the 169 nursing interns was(174.15±23.60)points,knowledge reserve(6.95±1.10)points,emergency response ability(7.15±1.04)points,communication and coordination ability(7.37±1.08)points,emergency management ability(7.41±1.08)points,and personal quality(7.50±1.08)points.The average total score of the Self-Directed Learning Ability Scale was(81.57±11.16)points,indicating a moderate level.There was a significant positive correlation between nursing interns′self-directed learning ability and their clinical emergency nursing competence(r=0.461,P<0.01).The number of rotations in critical care departments,duration of internship,experience in assisting with resuscitation,frequency of resuscitation participation,and self-directed learning ability significantly influenced certain dimensions and overall emergency nursing ability.Conclusion The overall emergency nursing ability of nursing interns was moderate.To enhance their critical care nursing skills,it is necessary to appropriately extend their internship duration in critical care departments,strengthen training related to emergency resuscitation,and cultivate their self-directed learning ability to improve their emergency nursing competence.
