摘　　要：思想政治教育工作是高职院校学生生活和学习的重要组成部分,加强思想政治教育工作对于个人成长和发展有着重要影响。因此,高职院校的思想政治教育工作不可仅限于理论教学,通过探索高职院校思想政治教育工作的意义,分析大思政视野下思政教育工作存在的问题,探究有效的思想政治教育工作实践措施,进而拓展实践育人模式。The ideological and political education is the important part for higher vocational college students’life and learning,and strengthening the ideological and political education has great impact on personal growth and development.Therefore,the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges cannot only rely on theoretical teaching.This paper explores the significance of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the existing problems under the background of comprehensive ideological and political education,and finds out the effective practical measures in order to develop the practice teaching modes.
