国际中文教师数字素养的培养策略——基于国内外实证研究的文献综述

摘  要:国际中文教师数字素养是国际中文教育高质量发展的重要支撑。利用系统性文献综述法对国内外37项实证研究进行了较为全面的梳理,分析结果表明,国际中文教师数字素养实证研究数量逐年递增,研究者从不同理论视角,采用多种研究方法考察教师数字素养水平,揭示影响教师数字素养发展的因素,并提出强化数字资源建设、开展研训活动、构建评价指标体系等教师数字素养提升路径。基于实证研究分析,提出营造数字情境,突出实践应用,规划发展路径,优化资源配置的国际中文教师数字素养培养策略。The digital literacy of international Chinese language teachers is a crucial pillar for the high-quality development of international Chinese education.Using a systematic literature review approach,this study comprehensively examines 37 empirical studies conducted both domestically and internationally.The findings indicate a steady increase in empirical research on teachers digital literacy,with scholars investigating literacy levels from various theoretical perspectives and employing diverse research methodologies.These studies have identified key factors influencing the development of digital literacy and proposed strategies such as strengthening digital resource construction,organizing training programs,and establishing evaluation frameworks to enhance teachers digital literacy.Based on the empirical research analysis,this paper proposes cultivation strategies that include creating digital learning environments,emphasizing practical applications,planning developmental pathways,and optimizing resource allocation.
