摘 要:为探讨职业本科院校大学生学业压力与短视频成瘾的关系,并讨论自我效能感、情绪耗竭在两者之间起到的中介作用,采用修订版大学生短视频成瘾量表、学业压力量表、一般自我效能感量表、情绪耗竭问卷对江苏省、浙江省职业本科院校大学生进行问卷调查。结果表明,职业本科院校大学生学业压力显著正向预测短视频成瘾行为;自我效能感、情绪耗竭均在学业压力与短视频成瘾的关系间起部分中介作用。职业本科院校大学生的学业压力会诱发更严重的短视频成瘾,还可通过自我效能感和情绪耗竭间接影响短视频成瘾。基于此,职业本科院校应帮助大学生提升自我效能感并降低其情绪耗竭,从而降低学生的短视频成瘾率。The study investigates the relationship between academic stress and short video addiction among undergraduate students in vocational colleges,and explores the mediating roles of self-efficacy and emotional exhaustion in this relationship.The revised Short Video Addiction Scale,Academic Stress scale,General Self-efficacy Scale and Emotional Exhaustion Questionnaire are used to investigate college students in Jiangsu and Zhejiang vocational colleges.The results show that academic stress among undergraduate students in vocational colleges is found to have significant negative predictive effect on short video addiction behavior.Self-efficacy and emotional exhaustion partially mediated the relationship between academic stress and short video addiction.Academic stress among undergraduate students in vocational colleges directly affects short video addiction behavior,and can also indirectly influence it through self-efficacy and emotional exhaustion.Based on this,vocational colleges and universities should help college students improve their self-efficacy,and reduce their emotional exhaustion,so as to reduce the rate of short video addiction.
