协同创新背景下校企合作共建实验室实践分析

摘　　要：以协同创新为发展背景,运用问卷调研法分析高校实验室的发展现状及学生对高校实验室的满意程度,并在上述基础上进一步调研校企合作发展背景下高校与企业共建实验室的必要性及实践性。结果表明,目前高校实验室的运行还需进一步完善,工科专业学生做实验的次数相对文科学生更多,师资力量也相对雄厚,文科专业实验室建设还存在较大进步空间。实验室实训条件满意度及师资力量满足专业技能需要至少在0.05的水平上会因专业的不同而存在显著性差异。在协同创新背景下,高校应进一步加强与企业间的合作,了解企业的用人诉求,加强对学生进行职业生涯规划指导,以不断提升人才培养质量。Under the development background of collaborative innovation,the study analyzes the development status of university laboratories and students’satisfaction with university laboratories by means of questionnaire survey,and further investigates the necessity and practicability of co-construction of laboratories between universities and enterprises under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.The results show that the operation of university laboratories still needs to be further improved at present.Engineering students do more experiments than those of liberal arts majors,and the faculty is relatively strong.The laboratory construction of liberal arts majors still needs to be improved.There are significant differences in the satisfaction of laboratory training conditions and teachers’ability to meet the professional skill needs at least 0.05 level according to different majors.Under the background of collaborative innovation,colleges and universities should further strengthen cooperation with enterprises,know the employment demands of enterprises,and strengthen career planning guidance for students,so as to continuously improve the quality of talent training.
