从字幕翻译现状看英译汉跨文化翻译——以《老友记》为例

摘　　要：当前,影视作品是传播各国文化的重要途径,也是实现中国文化“走出去”与“引进来”战略的重要组成部分。因此,恰当有效的字幕翻译不仅有助于外国观众更好地欣赏电影,还能够实现文化交流与传输的目的。文章基于电影字幕翻译现状探索现存文化翻译难题,探究消除文化间冲突和误解以促进跨文化交流的措施与翻译策略,旨在解决翻译实践中遇到的问题,提高影视作品字幕的翻译质量。At present,film and TV works are an important way to spread the cultures of different countries and an important part to achieve the strategy of“Going out”and“Bringing in”of Chinese culture.Therefore,the appropriate subtitle translation not only helps the foreign audience to better appreciate the films,but also helps to achieve the purpose of cultural exchange and transmission.This paper mainly explores the existing problems of cross-culture translation through subtitle translation and tries to eliminate the conflicts and misunderstandings between cultures to promote cross-cultural communication with translation strategies,which aims to solve the problems encountered in the translation practice,so as to improve the translation quality of subtitles in film and television works.
