摘　　要：外语教育的重要性随着全球化的深入发展和国际交流的日益频繁而更加突出。文章通过系统性研究,探索推动外语教育由单一的语言技能培训向全面的文化素养培养转变的新思路,以期为外语教育的文化传播功能提供理论视角和范式革新方案。With the deepening of globalization and the increasingly frequency of international exchanges,the importance of foreign language education has become increasingly prominent.Through systematic research,this paper explores new approaches to promote the transformation of foreign language education from language skill training to comprehensive cultural literacy training,to provide new theoretical perspectives and practical guidance for the cultural communication in foreign language education.
