摘　　要：随着国际化对高素质复合型人才需求的增加,大学英语教学改革日益重要。通过调整课程设置、优化教学模式、引入现代技术和改革评估机制,研究重点解决学生听说能力提升瓶颈。此外,研究还分析了改革试点的成效与不足,并提出了教学方法创新和自主学习等改进措施,为大学英语教学改革和教学质量提升提供可行性依据与实践参考。With the increasing demand for high-caliber interdisciplinary talents driven by globalization,the importance of college English teaching reform has grown.The reform focuses on addressing the challenges in improving listening and speaking proficiency through adjustments in curriculum design,optimization of teaching methods,integration of modern technology,and the restructuring of assessment mechanisms.Furthermore,the study evaluates the achievements and limitations of the pilot and proposes improvements in teaching innovation,student autonomy and so on,offering both feasible foundation and practical insights for advancing college English teaching reform and improving overall teaching quality.
