摘  要:基于人才培养的角度,以成果导向教育理念为指导,秉承“以学生发展为中心”,融入PBL教学模式及TBL教学方法,优化课程人才培养方案。通过构建“一体·两翼·三维·四步”的理论框架,创新性地提出了生态化教学模式,有效达成了教学主题的任务目标,为新时代大学英语教学创新人才培养提供了坚实的理论支撑与实践指导。Based on the perspective of talent cultivation,guided by the concept of Outcome-Based Education,and adhering to the principle of“focusing on students'development”,teachers integrate the PBL teaching model and the TBL teaching method to optimize the talent cultivation program of the course.By constructing the theoretical framework of“one body-two wings-three dimensions-four steps”,an ecological teaching model have been proposed innovatively,which effectively achieves the task objectives of the teaching theme,and provides solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of innovative talents in college English teaching in the new era.
