摘 要:高水平的企业导师队伍建设是提升工程博士培养质量、推动工程教育内涵式发展的有效工具。基于英国工程博士项目的典型案例,在简述其发展概况与价值动因的基础上,解析企业导师队伍建设路径与特征。研究显示,英国开展工程博士企业导师队伍改革的价值动因体现在服务国家战略需要,提高工程博士培养质量,加强与企业的合作以及增强企业导师归属感。进一步,从“以学生为中心”的评价理念、突出过程性的评价方式、具有鲜明实践性的评价内容等方面指出英国企业导师队伍改革的特征。基于此,指出未来我国面向工程博士的企业导师队伍建设改革路径:推动产教融合,形塑高校与企业导师协作育人生态;优化结构布局,健全企业导师任职资格遴选机制;深化评价改革,构建企业导师专业素养评价体系;加强系统培训,提高企业导师岗位综合胜任力。The high-caliber industrial supervisor corps serve as an effective tool for enhancing the quality of Engineering Doctorate(EngD)training and promoting the connotative development of engineering education.Drawing on typical cases from UK EngD programs,this study analyzes the background and value drivers underpinning the development of industrial supervisor corps,and subsequently parses their construction pathways and characteristics.The research reveals that the value drivers for reforming industrial supervisor corps in UK EngD programs lie in serving national strategic needs,enhancing the quality of EngD training,strengthening collaborations with industry,and fostering a sense of belonging among industrial supervisors.Furthermore,the study highlights the features of the UK's industrial supervisor reform,including a"student-centered"evaluation philosophy,a process-oriented evaluation approach,and practical evaluation content with distinct characteristics.Based on these insights,we propose pathways for reforming and developing industrial supervisor corps for EngD programs in China,namely:establishing a dual-mentor(academic and industrial)system and implementing a new mechanism for deeply integrating industry-education collaboration in talent cultivation;optimizing the layout and structure,and improving the qualification and selection mechanism for industrial supervisors;deepening evaluation reforms and constructing a professional competency evaluation system for industrial supervisors;and strengthening systematic training to enhance the overall competence of industrial supervisors in their roles.
