摘　　要：增强文化自信,发展社会主义先进文化,弘扬革命文化,传承中华优秀传统文化,这是党的二十届三中全会关于建设社会主义文化强国提出的重要目标和要求。红色文化是中国共产党领导中国人民在革命、建设和改革的伟大实践中创造积累的先进文化,蕴含着强大的精神力量。为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于用好红色资源、传承红色基因的一系列重要论述,大力弘扬红色文化,从中汲取昂扬奋进、团结拼搏的精神动力,第三届高校红色文化论坛围绕红色文化的内涵与价值、红色文化与中国式现代化的关系、红色文化资源的育人功能、红色文化的保护与传承、伟大建党精神和中国共产党人精神谱系等议题进行了深入交流和研讨,推动红色文化研究进一步深化。Enhancing cultural self-confidence,developing advanced socialist culture,carrying forward revolutionary culture and inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture are important goals and requirements put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for building a socialist cultural power.Red culture is an advanced culture created and accumulated by the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the great practice of revolution,construction and reform and contains powerful spiritual power.In order to thoroughly study and implement a series of important expositions by General Secretary Xi Jinping on making good use of red resources and inheriting red genes,vigorously promote red culture and draw spiritual power from it to forge ahead,unite and struggle,the 3rd University Red Culture Forum focused on the connotation and value of red culture,the relationship between red culture and Chinese modernization,the educational function of red cultural resources,protection and inheritance of red culture,the great spirit of party building and the spiritual genealogy of Chinese Communists,we must promote the further deepening of the study of red culture.
