德才兼备临床医学研究生思政教育的理论意蕴及实践路径

摘　　要：临床医学研究生是推动医疗卫生事业发展的关键力量,对其开展思政教育工作至关重要,必须注重德才兼备、全面发展。德才兼备临床医学研究生思政教育的理论意蕴体现在三个方面:“立德”是根本导向,“育才”是重要职责,“德才兼备”则是最终目标。临床医学研究生的思政教育存在重视程度不足、体制机制不健全、思政队伍不完善等问题,高等医学院校应坚持以“德育”为核心,推动“党建+思政”“导师+思政队伍”两个融合,守好“学校—医院—社会”三大阵地,立足“入学教育、岗前培训、中期考核、毕业教育”四重阶段,把握“思想引领、创新导向、心理疏导、奖助育人、就业服务”五个维度,充分发挥思政教育功能,培养德才兼备的高层次医学人才。Clinical medical graduate students are a key force in promoting the development of the healthcare services.It is crucial to carry out ideological and political education for them,and we must pay attention to both moral integrity and professional competence,fostering their comprehensive development.The theoretical implications of ideological and political education for clinical medical graduate students with both moral integrity and professional competence are reflected in three aspects:moral education is the fundamental guidance,talent cultivation is an important responsibility,and the ultimate goal is to have both moral integrity and professional competence.The ideological and political education of clinical medical graduate students has such problems as insufficient attention,inadequate institutional mechanisms,and incomplete ideological and political teams.Higher medical colleges should adhere to the core of moral education,promote the integration of"Party building+ideological and political education"and"mentor+ideological and political team",and guard the three major positions of"school,hospital and society".Based on the four stages of enrollment education,pre-employment training,mid-term assessment and graduation education,the education should grasp the five dimensions of ideological guidance,innovation guidance,psychological counseling,reward and assistance for education,and employment services,fully exerting the function of ideological and political education,and cultivating high-level medical talents with both morality and ability.
