国产手持式视力筛查仪在学龄前儿童验光中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨国产手持式视力筛查仪在学龄前儿童验光中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1—12月于上海市浦东新区川沙社区卫生服务中心登记的160名疑似视力异常的学龄前儿童作为研究对象,均进行常规视力表检查、国产手持式视力筛查仪检查。以散瞳验光法结果为“金标准”,分析常规视力表检查、国产手持式视力筛查仪的诊断效能。结果:160名疑似视力异常学龄前儿童中经散瞳验光法检查诊断为阳性120名(单纯散光50名,单纯近视30名,单纯远视17名,复性近视散光11名,复性远视散光12名),阴性40名。国产手持式视力筛查仪检查的敏感度、特异度高于常规视力表检查(P<0.05)。结论:国产手持式视力筛查仪在学龄前儿童验光中的应用价值较高,具有较高的敏感度、特异度,可用于儿童视力筛查。Objective:To explore the application value of domestic hand-held vision screening instrument in optometry of preschool children.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,160 preschool children suspected to have abnormal vision who were registered in Shanghai Pudong New Area Chuansha Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.All the 160 preschool children underwent routine eye chart examination and examination with domestic hand-held vision screening instrument.The results of mydriasis optometry were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of routine eye chart examination and domestic hand-held vision screening instrument.Results:Among the 160 preschool children suspected to have abnormal vision,120 cases were diagnosed as positive(50 cases with simple astigmatism,30 cases with simple myopia,17 cases with simple hyperopia,11 cases with compound myopic astigmatism,and 12 cases with compound hyperopic astigmatism)and 40 cases were diagnosed as negative by mydriasis optometry.The sensitivity and specificity of domestic hand-held vision screening instrument were higher than those of routine eye chart examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:The domestic hand-held vision screening instrument has high application value in optometry of preschool children,and has high sensitivity and specificity,so it can be used for children's vision screening.
