摘  要:本研究运用文献资料法,对中职学校体育教师队伍建设的核心意蕴和现实困境进行深入分析,并提出加强专业培训、优化教学资源配置、创新教学方法与策略、完善教学评价体系、增强教师之间的交流与合作等改革措施,提升中职体育教师的教学能力,增强学生的社会竞争力,推动职业教育高质量发展。By using the method of literature,this study makes an in-depth analysis of the core implications and practical difficulties of PE teacher team construction in secondary vocational schools,and proposes reform measures such as strengthening professional training,optimizing the allocation of teaching resources,innovating teaching methods and strategies,improving the teaching evaluation system,and enhancing the communication and cooperation among teachers,so as to improve the teaching ability of PE teachers in secondary vocational schools.Enhance the social competitiveness of students and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
