高校群众性文体活动赋能时代新人培育的路径探究

摘　　要：培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人是教育的根本问题。在深入实施“时代新人铸魂工程”的背景下,高素质人才的评价标准发生重大转型与嬗变,高校人才培养模式也亟待打破“五唯”标准,向“五育并举”的方向调整转型。作为高校实践“五育并举”的重要抓手,群众性文体活动的意义远超其自发性和娱乐性的基本属性,更因参与主体、政策导向和实施场域的变动,与时代新人的培育产生愈发紧密的联系,成为涵养校园文化、培育时代新人的重要方法。为进一步挖掘群众性文体活动的理论价值、文化价值与思想政治教育价值,达成培育时代新人的最终目的,高校需以更加包容的姿态明确政策导向、搭建体系平台、调动主体参与,并结合教育教学实际,在活动组织、具体实践中创新协同。由此,方可不断消解文体事业与人才培养的理论壁垒,打通时代新人培育的“最后一公里”。The questions of what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom to cultivate are fundamental issues in education.Against the backdrop of the implementation of the “Soul-Shaping Project for New Generation of People in the New Era”,there has been a significant transformation and evolution in the evaluation criteria for high-quality talents.Correspondingly,the talent cultivation models in colleges and universities urgently need to break away from the “five-only” criteria and shift towards the direction of “parallel development of the five educations”.As an important means for institutions of higher learning to implement the “parallel development of the five educations”,mass cultural and sports activities are far more significant than their basic attributes of spontaneity and entertainment.Due to changes in the participating subjects,policy orientations,and implementation fields,they have an increasingly close interaction with talent cultivation in the new era,becoming an important approach to nurturing campus culture and cultivating new generation of people in the new era.To further explore their theoretical,cultural,and ideological and political education values,and ultimately achieve the goal of nurturing new generation of people in the new era,institutions of higher learning need to adopt a more inclusive attitude to clarify policy orientations,build a system platform,mobilize the participation of subjects,and innovate and coordinate in activity organization and specific practices in combination with the actual situation of education and teaching.Only in this way can the theoretical barriers between cultural and sports undertakings and talent cultivation be continuously eliminated,and the “last mile” of nurturing new generation of people in the new era be smoothed out.
