摘 要:社区教育专职教师发展,是学习型大国建设的内在要求,是社区教育高质量发展的必然需求,也是教师自我成长的内在诉求。当前,专职教师发展成为制约我国社区教育高质量发展的首要因素。在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,立足自我发展、专业发展、职业发展和组织发展这四个维度,探讨社区教育专职教师发展的概念、内涵和维度模型,分析现阶段我国社区教育专职教师发展面临的现实困境,并据此提出激活内在发展动能、增强终身成长能力、实现职业规划目标、构建协同治理体系的支持策略。The development of full-time teachers in community education is the inherent requirement of the construction of a learning-oriented country,the inevitable demand of the high-quality development of community education,and the internal demand of the self-growth of teachers.At present,the development of full-time teachers has become the primary factor restricting the high-quality development of community education in China.On the basis of learning from domestic and foreign research results,this paper discusses the concept,connotation and dimensional model of the development of full-time teachers in community education,analyzes the realistic dilemmas faced by the development of full-time teachers in community education in China at present,and puts forward the support strategies of activating the internal development momentum,enhancing the lifelong growth ability,achieving the goals of career planning,and building the collaborative governance system,from the four dimensions of self-development,professional development,career development and organizational development.
