摘 要:随着云计算产业的迅猛发展,紧跟时代科技发展潮流、实现更高质量更充分就业的需求,已成为高等职业院校所面临的一个重大机遇与挑战。而职业技能大赛作为行业专业前沿理论、技术的风向标,是高职教育教学改革研究的重要切入点。基于近两年技能大赛评分标准,以行业企业需求为先导,文章以南京城市职业学院为例,文章提出“两主共育、三教联改、四个融入”具体工作方法,实现技能大赛引领云计算技术应用专业的教学改革,全面提高教育教学质量,培养更多符合社会需求的高素质劳动者。With the rapid development of the cloud computing industry,keeping pace with the latest trends in technological development,the need for higher quality employment and full employment opportunities has become a major opportunity and challenge for higher vocational colleges.As an indicator of cutting-edge theories and technologies in the field,the vocational skills competition serves as a crucial entry point for the study of teaching reforms in higher vocational education.Based on the scoring criteria of recent skills competitions over the past two years and guided by the needs of industry and enterprises,this paper uses Nanjing City Vocational College as a case study.It proposes specific strategies such as dual-core co-cultivation,tripartite collaborative educational reform,and four integrations to achieve teaching reform in the cloud computing technology application program,driven by skills competitions.This approach aims to comprehensively enhance the quality of education and training,nurturing more high-quality workers who meet societal demands.
