摘 要:社区教育资源建设是开展社区教育的前提和保障,大运河沿线城市良好的社区教育是对大运河文化最好的传承和保护。选择大运河沿线代表性城市杭州、苏州、天津为研究案例地,设计2份调查问卷,对三地的社区和市民分别展开调查,分析大运河沿线城市社区教育资源发展现状,发现存在社区教育资源供给由南往北递减、社区教育经费保障度南部最高、社区辖区教育资源总体中部和南部最高、市民对社区教育资源供给满意度由南往北递减、社区教育资源整合度由南往北递减、社区教育资源利用率南部最高等空间不均衡性问题。提出组建大运河社区教育联盟、完善政府经费投入机制、强化政府统筹协调机制、加大课程开发力度、搭建资源共享网络平台、契合市民学习需求等大运河沿线城市社区教育资源整合共享策略。The construction of community education resources is both a premise and guarantee for the effective implementation of community education.And high-quality community education in cities along the Grand Canal is the best means to inherit and preserve the cultural heritage of the canal.This study takes three representative cities along the Grand Canal---Hangzhou,Suzhou and Tianjin---as case studies.Two questionnaires were designed to survey the communities and residents in these cities re⁃spectively,to analyze the current situation of community education resource development along the Grand Canal.The findings reveal the problem of spatial imbalance,such as a decreasing supply of community education resources from south to north,the highest level of funding security in the southern region,overall superior education resources in the central and southern regions,declining resident satisfaction with resource availability from south to north,decreasing resource integration from south to north,and the highest resource utilization rate in the south.The study proposes strategies to integrate and share the community education resources in cities along the Canal,including the establishment of a Grand Canal Community Education Alliance,improvement of government funding mechanisms,strengthening of gov⁃ernment coordination efforts,enhancement of curriculum development,creation of resource-sharing platforms,and better alignment with residents’learning needs.
