教育数字化转型背景下高职师生信息素养现状 及培养策略研究

摘　　要：在教育数字化快速发展与转型的背景下,本研究聚焦高职师生信息素养,以某高职院校为例,通过问卷调研师生信息素养,深入分析与研究当前高职师生信息素养的基本概括、各要素水平、影响因素等情况。调研发现当前高职师生信息素养水平处于中上等水平,但各维度发展不均衡的现象突出存在;教师群体信息素养要弱于学生,但在信息素养各维度间的转化能力要优于学生;身份类别、层次等师生类别属性均未发现会对信息素养产生显著影响。基于调研分析结果,本研究初步构建了包括观念意识、顶层规划、基础环境、组织实施、成果评价以及实施监督在内的“一体两翼三支撑”的高职师生信息素养培养策略体系。In the context of the rapid development and transformation of education digitalization,this study focuses on the information literacy of faculty and students in higher vocational colleges.Taking a higher vocational college as an example,it surveys the information literacy levels of faculty and students by using questionnaires,to deeply analyze and study the general situation,the level of various elements,and the influencing factors.The survey finds that the current information literacy level of faculty and students in higher vocational colleges is at an upper-moderate level,but significant imbalances exist across different dimensions.Faculty members generally exhibit lower overall information literacy than students;however,they demonstrate stronger cross-dimensional adaptability in information literacy competencies.No significant impact was made on information literacy by attributes such as identity category or academic level.Based on the survey results,this study initially constructs a cultivation strategy framework for enhancing information literacy in higher vocational faculty and students,namely“one main system with two wings and three supports”,encompassing conceptual awareness,top-level planning,fundamental environment,organizational implementation,outcome evaluation and implementation supervision.
