新时代高职学生就业难的主观因素及对策分析

摘　　要：就业是服务于国家发展战略的重要支撑,是高职院校人才培养质量的关键体现,更是学生价值实现的重要基础。近年来部分高职院校学生出现一定程度的抵触就业、盲目就业现象。研究发现,高职院校部分学生职业规划意识较弱、技能本领不强、价值认知存在偏差等成因明显。鉴于此,建议高职学生通过精准就业目标、锤炼就业能力、守正就业观念进而增加就业机会,从思想到技能到行为有效推进高职学生优质就业。Employment is a crucial pillar support to serve the national development strategies,a key indicator of the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational institutions,and an important foundation for students to realize their personal value.In recent years,some higher vocational college students have shown certain resistance to employment or engaged in blind job-seeking behavior.Research has found that some students in higher vocational colleges demonstrate weak career planning awareness,insufficient professional skills,and misaligned value perceptions,which are the main causes of employment difficulties.In view of this,this study suggests that the employment opportunities for higher vocational college students should be increased by setting targeted employment goals,refining the students’job related skills,and cultivating their proper employment mindsets.As a result,a“three-dimensional”integrated framework that encompasses mindset,skills and actions can effectively promote high-quality employment for vocational college students.
