摘　　要：本文探讨了幼儿教师职业生涯规划的重要性、策略及执行路径。职业生涯规划能深化幼儿教师的职业素养,推动其自我提升。通过终身学习、观察反思、寻找切口等策略,幼儿教师可以有效提升规划能力和教学专长。执行路径包括端正态度、提高技能、分层设定目标,以促进幼儿教师的全面发展。This paper discusses the importance,strategy and implementation path of preschool teachers'career planning.Career planning can deepen the professional quality of preschool teachers and promote their self-improvement.Through lifelong learning,observation and reflection,looking for incision and other strategies,preschool teachers can effectively improve their planning ability and teaching expertise.The implementation path includes correcting attitude,improving skills and setting goals at different levels,so as to promote the comprehensive development of preschool teachers.
