摘　　要：为深入贯彻党的十九大和十九届五中全会精神,切实提升学校育人水平,持续规范校外培训,有效减轻义务教育阶段学生过重作业负担和校外培训负担。2021年7月24日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》中明确指出不得开展面向学龄前儿童的线上培训,严禁以学前班、幼小衔接班、思维训练班等名义面向学龄前儿童开展线下学科类(含外语)培训。In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,effectively improve the level of school education,continue to standardize off-campus training,and effectively reduce the excessive homework burden and off-campus training burden on students in compulsory education.On July 24,2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the"Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-Campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education",which clearly stated that online training for preschool children is not allowed,and preschool classes are strictly prohibited.Offline subject(including foreign language)training is carried out for preschool children in the name of,kindergarten transition classes,and thinking training classes.
