摘 要:关系欺负行为是随着幼儿社会认知能力发展而逐渐出现的不良社会行为。幼儿关系欺负行为具有一定的内隐性、不易被幼儿园教师所察觉,长此以往,会对幼儿的人格发展、社会适应、学习成绩、身心健康等方面产生不良影响。基于幼儿园关系欺负行为的普遍性,文章从幼儿关系欺负行为的内涵和特点入手,对其负面影响进行了探析,并从幼儿园、幼儿教师、幼儿、幼儿家庭四个层面提出了相关干预策略,以期为改善幼儿关系欺负行为提供相关指导。Relational bullying is a negative social behavior that gradually appears with the development of children’s social cognitive abilities.Relational bullying among young children is implicit and difficult to detect by kindergarten teachers.If things go on like this,it will have adverse effects on children's personality development,social adaptation,academic performance,and physical and mental health.Based on the universality of relational bullying in kindergartens,this article starts from the connotation and characteristics of relational bullying in children,analyzes its negative impact,and proposes relevant intervention strategies from four levels:kindergartens,kindergarten teachers,children,and families.Provide relevant guidance for improving relational bullying in young children.
