摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中,把坚持党对一切工作的领导作为新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义基本方略的第一条,强调“党政军民学,东西南北中,党是领导一切的”。作为基层学校党组织,如何充分发挥学校党建在校园文化建设中的引领作用,对于学校坚持社会主义办学方向,落实立德树人根本任务、办好人民满意的教育,具有十分重要的意义。为此,园党支部积极探索适合本园特色的党建工作机制,尝试以“特色党建”来引领校园文化建设,使党建文化成为提高党员及教师的思想政治素质,深化教育教学改革坚强的政治保障和强大的精神动力,得到了一些有益的启示。In his report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping regarded upholding the Party’s leadership over all work as the first article of the basic strategy of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,emphasizing that“the Party is The one who leads everything.”As a grassroots school party organization,how to give full play to the leading role of school party building in the construction of campus culture is of great significance for the school to adhere to the direction of socialist education,implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,and provide education that satisfies the people.To this end,the party branch of the park actively explores a party-building working mechanism suitable for the characteristics of the park,and attempts to lead the construction of campus culture with"characteristic party building",making party-building culture a strong political guarantee for improving the ideological and political quality of party members and teachers,and deepening education and teaching reform.and strong spiritual motivation,and got some useful enlightenment.
