摘 要:差异教学是在尊重和了解学生差异的基础上开展的教学,有助于提升高职院校思想政治理论课教学的针对性和实效性。在考察思想政治理论课差异教学科学内涵、重要意义基础上,指出当前存在教学理念缺失、教学目标缺位、教学方法缺乏、教学评价缺效四方面问题,并据此提出了树立差异教学理念、确立差异教学目标、运用差异教学方法、实施差异教学评价四点对策,以期推动高职院校思想政治理论课差异教学的有效施行。Differential teaching is carried out on the basis of respecting and understanding students’differences,which helps to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political theory course teaching in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of examining the significance and scientific connotation of differential teaching in ideological and political theory course,the article points out the current problems of four aspects:lack of teaching concepts,lack of teaching objectives,lack of teaching methods,and ineffective teaching evaluation,based on this,four countermeasures are proposed:establishing differential teaching concepts,establishing differential teaching objectives,applying differential teaching methods,and implementing differential teaching evaluation,to promote the effective implementation of differential teaching in ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges.
