摘 要:无轨胶轮车在现代化矿井中得以广泛应用,其行驶过程中产生的活塞风对巷道的风向、风速、阻力等必然产生一定影响。以大南湖一矿通风系统为研究对象,在胶轮车活塞风理论研究的基础上开展了胶轮车运输过程产生的活塞风对矿井整个通风系统的影响研究。通过模拟胶轮车不同行驶速度、不同数量、不同风阻系数、不同动压系数、不同断面尺寸、不同胶轮车数量情况下对通风的影响研究,给出同时运行的胶轮车数量和行驶速度的上限指标,为井下胶轮车调度管理提供决策依据。Trackless rubber wheeled vehicles are widely used in modern mines,and the piston wind generated during their operation will inevitably have a certain impact on the wind direction,wind speed,resistance,and other aspects of the tunnel.Takes the ventilation system of a mine in Dananhu as the research object,and based on the theoretical research of piston wind generated during the transportation process of rubber tired trucks,conducts a study on the impact of piston wind on the entire ventilation system of the mine.By simulating the effects of different driving speeds,quantities,wind resistance coefficients,dynamic pressure coefficients,cross-sectional sizes,and numbers of rubber tired vehicles on ventilation,this study provides upper limit indicators for the number of rubber tired vehicles operating simultaneously and their driving speeds,providing decision-making basis for underground rubber tired vehicle scheduling and management.
