摘 要:设计了一种基于STM32的煤矿电磁波随钻测量单元,论述了钻孔姿态测量原理及姿态更新算法。对测量单元总体方案、硬件电路及软件流程进行了进行了设计。硬件部分采用STM32F103C8T6作为测量单元主控芯片,采用惯性测量模组MPU6050进行姿态测量数据采集,避免了测量过程中磁场畸变对测量精度造成影响和成本增加的问题。通过在三轴校验台进行测量精度实验,证明测量单元具有体积小、测量精度高的特点,适用于全空间范围内的姿态角测量,满足电磁波测量系统对轨迹测量精度的要求。A electromagnetic wave measurement unit for coal mine drilling based on STM32 is designed,and the principle of drilling attitude measurement and algorithm of attitude update are discussed.The overall scheme,hardware circuit,and software flow of the measurement unit have been designed.The hardware circuit uses STM32F103C8T6 as the main control chip of the measurement unit,and uses the inertial measurement module MPU6050 for attitude measurement data acquisition,avoiding the impact of magnetic field distortion on measurement accuracy and cost increase during the measurement process.By conducting measurement accuracy experiments on a three-axis calibration table,it has been proven that the measurement unit has the characteristics of small size and high measurement accuracy,suitable for attitude angle measurement in the entire spatial range,meet requirements of electromagnetic wave measurement systems for drilling attitude measurement accuracy.
