摘  要:在高校教育教学过程中,将创新创业教育与专业教育有机融合,是新时代教育观的一种价值体现。以冶金与能源动力类专业的“专创融合”作为主要研究方向,在国家“专创融合”宏伟大背景下,阐述了高校创新创业教育与专业教育融合的重大意义,针对目前高校“专创融合”研究现状,提出了冶金与能源动力类创新创业教育培养体系框架结构。从课程体系设置、教育理念转变、教学内容丰富和教学模式改革视角出发,深入探索创新创业教育与专业教育融合机制的实践路径,创新性地构建科学全面的“专创融合”考核评价模型,通过走访调研和量化应用,探寻优化专创高度融合实施方案。该全员、全阶段、全课程育人的新型人才培养体系可为理工科专业创新创业教学及人才培养提供参考,提高大学生的市场对接成熟度。The organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education constitutes a value embodiment of the educational philosophy in the new era.This study focuses on the“specialtyinnovation integration”in metallurgical and energy power disciplines within the national strategic framework of integrated specialty-innovation education.It elucidates the pivotal significance of merging innovationentrepreneurship education with disciplinary education in higher education institutions.Addressing current research deficiencies in this domain,we propose a systematic framework for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities in metallurgical and energy-related disciplines.Through multidimensional explorations encompassing curriculum system optimization,educational paradigm transformation,content enrichment,and pedagogical reform,this research systematically investigates practical pathways for mechanism integration.Notably,we innovatively establish a comprehensive evaluation model for specialty-innovation integration and optimize implementation strategies through empirical investigations and quantitative validation.The proposed holistic education system,characterized by all-stakeholder participation,full-process integration,and curriculum-wide permeation,provides valuable references for STEM disciplines in innovation-entrepreneurship education and talent cultivation,effectively enhancing students’market alignment maturity.
