摘　　要：坚持立德树人,推进课程思政理念下的“医学高等数学”课程改革。“医学高等数学”课程为医学院校的公共基础课程,覆盖面广、应用广泛,具有较强的理论性与实践性。以“函数的连续性”的教学过程为例,采用混合教学模式进行教学设计,注重融入思政元素,丰富了教学内容,拓展了课程的高阶性、创新性和挑战度,从而提高了学生学习的积极性,提升了课程教学质量,在一定程度上实现了课程教学创新与课程育人的双重目标,为培养德才兼备的高素质医学人才奠定了基础。s:The course should adhere to building morality and cultivating talents and promote the curriculum reform of medical higher mathematics under the concept of“curriculum ideology and politics”.Medical Higher Mathematics course is a common basic course in medical universities.It has wide coverage,wide application and strong theory and practice.Taking the teaching process of“The continuity of functions”as an example,with mixed teaching mode,emphasis on integrating ideological and political elements into the curriculum,it enriches the teaching content and expands the high-level,innovative and challenging degree of the course,thus improving the enthusiasm of students to learn,and improving the quality of teaching courses,to a certain extent,it has achieved the dual goals of curriculum teaching innovation and curriculum education,and laid a foundation for training highquality medical talents with both moral and talent.
