应用型高校智能制造校企联合实验室教学建设探究

摘　　要：针对智能制造应用型人才培养问题,应用型高校深化产教融合,联合制造企业共建校企联合实验室。分析校企联合实验室建设优势和特色,探讨校企联合实验室在人才培养、技术研究和成果转化等方面的作用,概述了校企联合实验室的组织构架和运行机制,提出了“8441”渐进式项目化教学法、科教融汇“用人”式教学法、学赛结合“用好”式教学法等基于校企联合实验室的新教学法,通过项目式教学,转“教人”变“用人”,多用学生,用好学生,培育好用之才。In view of the cultivation of applied talents in intelligent manufacturing,application-oriented universities deepen the integration of production and education,and cooperate with manufacturing enterprises to build university-enterprise joint laboratory.This paper analyzes the advantages and characteristics of the construction of university-enterprise joint laboratory,discusses the functions and effects of the university-enterprise joint laboratory in talent cultivation,technical research and achievement transformation,and summarizes the organizational framework and operating mechanism of the university-enterprise joint laboratory.New teaching methods based on university-enterprise joint laboratory such as“8441”progressive project-based teaching method,science and education integration of“employing”teaching method,and learning competition combination of“using well”teaching method are put forward.Through project-based teaching,“teaching”is transformed into“employing”,which can cultivate more applied talents.
