摘 要:花脸香蘑(Lepista sordida)是一种重要的食药用菌,含有蛋白质、氨基酸、粗纤维、粗脂肪、多种微量元素等营养成分以及多糖、萜类、甾醇类、酚类等生物活性成分,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、护肝、抗菌、抗病毒等药理作用。本文从花脸香蘑营养成分、活性成分和药理作用三方面进行综述,并对花脸香蘑的未来研究方向提出展望,以期促进花脸香蘑产业的发展。Lepista sordida is a functionally significant edible and medicinal mushroom,characterized by its rich nutritional profile encompassing proteins,amino acids,crude fiber,crude fat,and diverse trace elements,along with bioactive constituents including polysaccharides,terpenes,sterols,and polyphenols.This species exhibits multifaceted pharmacological properties such as immunomodulatory,antitumor,antioxidant,hepatoprotective,and antibacterial activities.The present review systematically synthesizes current knowledge regarding the nutritional composition,bioactive constituents,and pharmacological mechanisms of L.sordida.Furthermore,perspectives on future research priorities are proposed,aiming to advance the scientific understanding and facilitate the industrial utilization of this mycological resource.
