摘 要:新文科建设旨在通过深化传统文科与自然科学、工程技术及其他学科的深度融合,以培养具有跨学科知识背景和创新能力的复合型人才。在英语教学领域,新文科理念能够为应用型高校英语教育改革提供全新的发展路径。基于对新文科概念及其特征的解析,针对大学英语教学中的现存问题,提出具体的创新路径将有助于进一步优化应用型高校的大学英语课程模式,从而助力我国高等教育整体水平的提升。The construction of New Liberal Arts aims to deepen the integration of traditional humanities and natural sciences,driving educational innovation through interdisciplinary approaches.In the field of English teaching,the New Liberal Arts concept not only provides a new developmental trajectory for the reform of English education in applied universities,but also contributes to the modernization of the educational system to a certain extent.Under the perspective of New Liberal Arts,innovative English teaching emphasizes the cultivation of language talents with multidisciplinary knowledge backgrounds.It requires that teaching models should align with the pace of the times,and promote the specialization and distinctiveness of English education through optimizing teaching structures and strengthening the collaborative development path of disciplines.Based on the interpretation and characteristic analysis of the concept of New Liberal Arts,this paper proposes targeted innovation paths for existing problems in college English teaching,which is used to further optimize the paradigm reconstruction of college English courses in applied universities and ultimately to foster an overall enhancement of our nation’s higher education institutional strength.
