习近平文化思想的生成理路及时代价值探析

摘　　要：习近平文化思想是马克思主义理论与新时代中国文化实践相结合的重大创新成果。就衍生缘由而言,习近平文化思想贯穿于马克思主义文化理论的指导,根植于源远流长的中华优秀传统文化,发展于百年来文化探索与建设的实践自觉,立足于“两个大局”背景下文化发展的现实境遇。就哲学基础而言,习近平文化思想创造性地阐述实事求是、从实际出发的唯物主义底蕴,悉心把握社会主义文化建设的现实条件;遵循唯物辩证法的根本方法,加强推进文化建设的辩证思维;赓续唯物史观的理论品格,确立人民至上的价值立场。就时代价值而言,习近平文化思想以特色的实践经验丰富和创新发展了马克思主义文化理论,为社会主义文化建设指明新航向,呼应了构建人类文明新形态的价值旨趣。Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is an important innovation result of combining Marxist theory with China's cultural practice in the new era.As far as source is concerned,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture runs through the guidance of Marxist cultural theory,is rooted in the long-standing Chinese excellent traditional culture,is generated from the practical consciousness of cultural exploration and construction in the past 100 years,and is based on the realistic situation of cultural development under the background of"two overall situations".As far as philosophical foundation is concerned,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture creatively expounds the materialistic connotation of seeking truth from facts and proceeding from reality,and carefully grasps the realistic conditions of socialist cultural construction;follows the fundamental method of materialist dialectics and strengthen the dialectical thinking of promoting cultural construction;continues the theoretical character of historical materialism and establish the value position of people first.As far as the value is concerned,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture enriches and innovates Marxist cultural theory with characteristic practical experience,points out a new course for socialist cultural construction,and echoes the value purport of building a new form of human civilization.
